Material Acceptance

Acceptance of recycling materials is subject to current facility policies, material condition, safety requirements and applicable laws or regulations. Not every item containing recyclable material can necessarily be accepted.

Customers are encouraged to call ahead regarding unusual materials, appliances, large commercial loads or items that may contain hazardous components.

Scrap Metal

San Jacinto Recycling Center accepts approved scrap metal for recycling. The facility does not currently purchase or pay customers for scrap metal. Information regarding accepted materials may change as facility policies or recycling requirements change.

CRV Recycling

San Jacinto Recycling Center does not currently provide CRV redemption for beverage containers, bottles or cans.

Vehicle Weighing

Certified vehicle weighing is available for applicable DMV, registration or other vehicle paperwork needs. The currently advertised vehicle weighing fee is $45 cash.

DMV and registration requirements vary depending on the vehicle and transaction. Customers are responsible for confirming the specific documentation or weight requirements that apply to their situation.

Hours, Pricing and Services

Business hours, pricing, material acceptance and available services may change. While reasonable efforts are made to keep website information current, customers may call the facility to confirm information before traveling.
